The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in ensuring strong governance, effective coordination of the Board of Trustees, and smooth organisational operations. Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Trustees, and the wider Leadership Team, this postholder provides high-quality administrative, governance and organisational support.
- Managing diaries and workloads
- Acting as secretariat for Board meetings
- Maintaining governance policies
- Coordinating annual governance activities
Required Skills:
- Up-to-date knowledge of equality, diversity and inclusion principles
- Knowledge of advice issues including welfare benefits (including Universal Credit), Debt, Housing and Employment
- Good IT skills to assist clients using information systems
- Previous experience as an accredited adviser or supporting volunteers preferred
