We are seeking a highly organized and proactive paralegal to join our Corporate and Commercial department in Farnborough. This role offers an opportunity to support the team on governance, compliance tasks and corporate transactions.
- Manage company secretarial correspondence ensuring timely client communication.
- Conduct searches including status and completion-related checks for companies house filings.
- Incorporation assistance, drafting and reviewing board minutes, statutory registers, data rooms, documents, transaction signatures, completions, and handovers.
- Maintain organized filing systems and updates.
- Build relationships with clients and solicitors.
- Ensure accuracy, robustness, reliability, and precision in operational delivery.
