We are seeking a talented Accounting Manager to lead our finance team in ensuring the accuracy, integrity and reliability of financial information across multiple entities. The successful candidate will oversee the full month-end close process, maintain high-quality financial controls and support both internal and external audits. They will be responsible for managing timely and accurate month-end activities, maintaining robust reconciliations, preparing audit schedules and collaborating effectively with auditors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing close cycles, reconciliations, accruals and audit processes;
- Leveraging ERP systems such as Oracle to drive efficiency;
- Leading a small team across key accounting areas including fixed assets management, internal activity reporting and journal entries;
To succeed you should have:
- A strong technical foundation in IFRS statutory reporting principles, with 5-8 years' experience leading accounting teams or equivalent level;
- Experience working with major financial software packages ideally local else ERPs;
- Proven leadership capability is also essential;
- Teamwork as well as key personal attributes: resilience under pressure, collaborative attitude, detail-oriented person having an eye for details required.
