Role Overview
This is a unique chance to collaborate with top-tier law firms on diverse and high-quality cases. Working closely with banks, financial institutions, lenders, asset-based lenders and borrowers. Contribute to drafting facility agreements, intercreditor and other ranking agreements ensuring timely satisfaction of condition precedents for drawdown. Working on real estate finance and/or leveraged finance projects. Collaborating across teams in the Corporate department. Building strong client relationships driving business development.
