We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Assistant to join our team in various locations across South Lanarkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals, undertaking all hygiene work practices, and maintaining the cleanliness of food production areas.
The facilities assistant (catering) role involves preparing meals within recipe guidelines and ensuring that all hygiene standards are met. The cleaning function is also an essential part of this role which includes sweeping/mopping floors, wiping down fixtures, fittings, and walls, as well as reporting to your designated supervisor when needed.
