As a pivotal member of the team, you will advise on high-value technology projects and digital regulatory matters. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SaaS and cloud-based agreements, emerging technologies (AI and Web3), complex outsourcing, and digital compliance frameworks. The role offers exposure to a diverse client base across sectors including Financial Services, Digital Retail, Consumer Goods, Government, Public Services, and Future Energy.
Key responsibilities include:
