We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Private Dining & Events Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of exceptional private dining experiences, as well as overseeing all events within our establishments.
Job Description:
- To lead and manage a high-performing team of event coordinators, ensuring seamless execution of events from planning to completion.
- To develop and maintain relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for growth and increasing revenue through effective sales techniques.
- To manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance in line with business objectives.
- To ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with guests at all levels.
