As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for the operational planning and delivery of events for faculties, departments, partners, and colleagues across the university. This includes organizing both standalone events and those that are part of an overall event program. You will develop and manage clear event plans and schedules to ensure seamless execution. Engage with all relevant stakeholders to foster collaboration and excellence in the coordination process.
The ideal candidate should have experience running large-scale events as part of a comprehensive event management plan. Experience managing complex projects involving multiple internal/external stakeholders is desirable but not essential. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure along with effective time management skills would be beneficial for success in this role.
