We are seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to join our team.
This role is responsible for delivering EHS expertise to drive high performance EHS teams and ensuring that processes and systems are legally compliant, continuously improving and deployed in accordance with the Weetabix Standard for Health and Safety and Weetabix Environment Standard.
Key Responsibilities:- EHS Leadership - Shape and manage the deployment of the EHS strategy within the Cluster, ensuring alignment with central EHS processes.
- EHS Metrics - Provide regular reporting on EHS trends. Create reports detailing progress against established metrics. KPIs will include recordable injury rate (RIR), lost time injury frequency (LTIF) rate, and Damage Potential Index. The principal purpose of this data is to determine your overall risk profile and then address those areas.
- Maintain accurate records regarding compliance standards. Long-term initiatives should focus on achieving zero accidents and conformity control.
- Incident Investigation - Company completes Incident Report Form as soon recommended. A key measure will be analyzed.
