We are seeking an experienced and driven recruitment professional to join our expanding industrial division.
About the Role:
- Full 360 recruitment across the industrial sector, including warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing roles.
- Sourcing and attracting top-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
- You will be responsible for developing strong client relationships through regular communication, site visits, and service reviews.
- Managing temporary and permanent vacancies from job briefing through to placement is also a key part of this role.
- In addition to meeting individual KPIs and revenue targets you will ensure all compliance onboarding shift coordination tasks are completed accurately.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
