We are seeking an organised and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Construction Assistant. This role involves providing day-to-day support on our construction sites, ensuring they are well-maintained, clean, and safe for all staff and visitors.
Maintenance of site storage containers, plots, welfare facilities, and walkways. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks including:
- Site Preparation
- Opening/securing storage containers/plots
- General housekeeping/site welfare cleaning
- Aiding Site Production Team (unloading/storing deliveries)
- Traffic Management (clearing pathways)
The ideal candidate should have the ability to work effectively with colleagues in fast-paced environments, in line with team goals, meeting deadlines, and prioritising multiple duties. In addition, a strong communication skillset is required, along with a genuine commitment to supporting team wellbeing with positivity and flexibility.
