Student Support Advisor (TTO)

Location: Luton, Bedfordshire
Salary: Up to *GBP*13,042.86 per annum.
Contract Type: Term time only contract working 37 weeks a year based on the full-time equivalent of *GBP*28,857.20
Hrs/Wk: 20 Hrs , Basis: Fractional

You are an empathetic individual who is passionate about supporting students overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

In this role you will work directly with students, providing wellbeing support, helping them stay engaged in education and preparing them for the world of work. You\’ll collaborate with curriculum teams designing tailored intervention sessions both one-to-one and in small groups making students more resilient & confident

You will have shared responsibility for monitoring & supporting your caseload including those with mental health needs so having strong understanding of specific support needs is essential .You\’ll confidently liaise not only student but also parents/carers & external professionals ensuring holistic plan is place Strong organisational skills & attention detail required maintain accurate records safeguarding welfare concerns
