This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to join our team as an Electrical Maintenance Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing commercial and industrial electrical systems.
In this role, you will work on power distribution, lighting, motors and control panels. You'll also troubleshoot electrical faults on quarry equipment such as crushers, conveyors, screens and dust suppression systems. You'll perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- A strong foundation in mathematics (Math's) with a Grade C or higher at National 5 level.
- Demonstrable interest in engineering through education or work experience.
- The ability to work safely outdoors in rugged environments across varying weather conditions.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail when recording data.
- A valid UK driving license is necessary due to site-based employment requirements.
