Fully qualified electricians are required to undertake planned maintenance and reactive work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store inventories, building strong relationships with clients while performing reactive tasks and general maintenance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Site Maintenance Coordinator
- Carrying out PPMs and reactive work
- Responding promptly to service requests
- Reactive and general maintenance duties - emergency lighting, fire alarm systems, water hygiene, commercial kitchen equipment (ovens, dishwashers, microwaves), electrical/mechanical responsibilities
- Participating in an on-call rota
- Working a standard 40-hour week
