We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced early years professional to fill this key role at our nursery.
Role: Early Years Practitioner (Level 3 or above). Licence to practice for children aged 0-5 years old is essential. A formal teaching qualification would be advantageous but not required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment while being able to manage their workload independently. They will also have the capability of maintaining confidentiality, working under pressure and managing multiple priorities effectively.
