We are seeking a qualified early years professional to join our team as a Deputy Nursery Manager. A leader with experience in developing and retaining a happy workforce, using positive role modeling and performance review processes.
In this key leadership position, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families. As a member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading by example, promoting high standards of practice, and delivering outstanding outcomes for children's learning.
You will work closely with the Nursery Manager to achieve occupancy targets, implement corporate plans, and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues, parents/carers and external partners.
