This successful Family Law Team is currently recruiting a Senior Solicitor to be involved in a variety of family law matters.

You will be involved in a range of work which will include child law cases and complex high value divorce/dissolution. The role involves providing advice to clients on financial provision upon separation and divorce, acting for clients in child related matters, including residence and contact disputes, child relocation applications, and child abduction petitions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Drafting financial settlement agreements
  • Drafting pre and post nuptial agreements
  • Drafting cohabitation agreements
