We have an exciting opportunity for two Independent Reviewing Officers to join our team in Oxfordshire. About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible outcomes for every child and family we work with. You will use your skills and experience to support us in delivering high-quality services that make a real difference in people's lives. You will focus on successful outcomes for families using a relational strengths-based approach. You will use motivational interviewing techniques to engage and support children and families. You will receive individual supervision to promote your wellbeing and professional development. Your caseloads will be manageable as directed by our IRO handbook, allowing you enough time to spend with each child or family as needed.
