Rotations are based in the company's West Malling office from September 2026, with opportunities to work across different departments including Land, Partnerships, Technical, Commercial, Development, Regional Finance, Construction and Development & Land teams. The final rotation offers the chance to transition into a senior role within one of these teams upon completion of the programme.
