We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to develop their skills and knowledge in the field of design and technical management as part of an 18-month graduate programme.
About the Programme
This programme is designed to expose you to key areas of the business, developing you into a strong all-rounder within the Technical field. You will rotate through various departments, including Development, Commercial, Construction, Regional Finance, and Technical.
As a Design & Technical Graduate, you will be responsible for completing all rotations to the best of your ability and meeting the targets set by each rotational supervisor. You will also take learning opportunities presented to you through the programme, integrate yourself into each team that you work with, and absorb knowledge, expertise, and advice given to you throughout your rotations.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive basic salary, annual bonus, car allowance or company car, up to 34 days annual leave plus.
