The key function of this role is to assist senior members of the Development team in pre-construction phases of development projects. This involves supporting feasibility, legal, design, planning and health & safety activities to ensure overall financial viability is maintained. Additionally, it includes ensuring legal requirements are met for a development, securing planning consent, and obtaining internal governance approval.
