We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team on a 6-month contract. As the right candidate, you will be responsible for maximizing order intake through incremental business from existing contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage client responses to service requests from customers, including creating and coordinating inputs to the Service Proposal.
  • Work with colleagues to identify early business opportunities using opportunity management tools.
  • Liaise with clients in response to customer requirements for incremental business.
  • Promote plans that meet customer needs by producing, communicating, and delivering project plans effectively.
  • Provide commercial, financial, and technical inputs to the Service Proposal as needed.
  • Ensure action items are completed on time & quality.
