As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and shaping the digital marketing capabilities of our retail group. With access to cutting-edge technology and robust support systems, you will be responsible for implementing and managing MarTech platforms, including CRM and marketing automation tools. You will work closely with internal teams, agencies, and key marketing platforms to deliver exceptional customer-first communications. This includes maximising the usage of existing tools, conducting assessments to address capability gaps, and supporting the delivery of impactful projects that shape the future of digital marketing in the retail landscape.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and analytical professional with extensive experience in leveraging CRM and loyalty platforms to deliver personalised marketing campaigns across inbound channels. Your deep understanding of data analytics technologies enables you to drive customer-centric capabilities while navigating regulatory changes within the digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities:- Implementing MarTech platforms including CRM, loyalty programmes & online advertising management software
- Maintaining supplier relationships & contracts enabling alignment between creative vision & production strategies ensuring seamless end-to-end solutions from concept creation through execution phases delivering innovative content designed specifically to meet evolving needs of audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong foundation in mathematics and programming languages like Python, C++, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, etc.
- Knowledge of backend frameworks, front end development practices, database modelling, algorithm design principles, and software engineering
- Experience in architectural styles, service-oriented microservices patterns, pipelines, dependency injection, modular project structures, testing, automated continuous integration, high availability, disaster recovery scenarios, and multi-cloud deployment
- Ability to communicate clear, concise, practical material and lead collaborations
- Creativity and performance enhancing sustainable solutions
- Data-driven approach and experience integrating external providers
