We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our cafe team as a Cafe Team Member. As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and working effectively within a team environment.
You will be responsible for welcoming customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintaining kitchen equipment in clean condition at all times is essential, ensuring that all areas meet or exceed health & safety regulations. This includes cleaning work surfaces and utensils before returning them to their designated place each day after use.
You must always follow proper procedures when handling food products, especially raw meat, poultry, fish, eggs, and dairy produce. Serving hot and cold dishes promptly and politely, engaging with every single guest, treating each interaction like gold dust, sets apart great from good.
