We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Architect to lead our customer-facing platform architecture design and assurance across CRM, web, mobile, telephony, and omnichannel solutions. This strategic role involves defining and evolving our enterprise customer technology vision and roadmap in alignment with business transformation goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams of software engineers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless user experience.

Main Responsibilities:
