We are seeking an experienced conveyancer to join our team in Dunfermline. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling plot conveyancing on new build developments, working closely with regional offices and sales teams to ensure seamless delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be self-sufficient in generating correspondence and dealing with enquiries, and have a proven track record of achieving targets within specified timeframes.
Primary Responsibilities:- The production of accurate conveyancing documentation
- Promptly responding to Missives and related correspondence
- Attending meetings with Sales Teams to discuss ongoing transactions
- Maintaining comprehensive records
- Scheduling weekly progress reports
- Itinerary management and maintaining compliance across various business metrics/portfolio scope (external/internal)
