This position involves working closely with various clients across different sectors and providing expert counsel on construction-related disputes. The successful candidate will collaborate with delay analysts to provide support on disputed issues, review construction programs, offer guidance, avoid client conflicts by offering commercially focused counsel, provide support on matters related to delay and loss, work with commercial experts on time-related issues and deliver coaching services to clients including report writing and representing clients in tribunals.
The candidate should be able to advise our global network of clients who have concerns about dispute resolution practices within their current contracts.
