The Northern Ireland Housing Executive is recruiting a construction craftsman to undertake various maintenance and building work on their properties.
About the Role:
- To carry out a range of response maintenance and building work across the full NIHE property portfolio, with minor outdoor trade tasks where required.
- Maintain effective communication with peers, client services team, contractors and management.
- Responsible for measurement and quality control in undertaking repairs, reactive maintenance and installation works within qualified areas.
- To attend to diagnose faults/issues while prioritising customer care standards in specific environment settings.
- Perform high-quality repairs aligning with NIHE's expected service levels.
- Comply strictly with Data Protection Policies during job duties.
- Regularly inspect the integrity of fire doors ensuring proper functionality at all times.
