Our firm is seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Associate to join their Conflict Resolution department in Glasgow. The successful candidate will represent both pursuers and defenders in the Sheriff Court and other forums such as arbitration and construction adjudication.
This role involves working closely with experienced partners on a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including commercial, contractual and property disputes, as well as contentious construction matters, private client disputes and consumer rights claims. You will have the opportunity to develop your litigation skills in a supportive environment with exposure to high-quality, client-focused work.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years' PQE in commercial litigation or similar dispute resolution work. They should also possess strong case management skills, excellent time management and organisational abilities. You must be able to represent clients effectively in court through alternative dispute resolution procedures. Meticulous attention to detail is essential for delivering high-quality legal services.
