This is a challenging role for an experienced employment lawyer looking to join our team. We are seeking a qualified solicitor with at least 4 years' post qualification experience in employment law. You will have strong drafting skills, the ability to handle Employment Tribunal claims and excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
You will be responsible for providing legal advice on day-to-day employment law issues, handling Employment Tribunal claims from inception to final hearing, drafting contracts, policies and procedures, settlement agreements and other employment related documentation.
