We are seeking a proactive safety ambassador to support safe travel on bus links during evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will be responsible for deterring and addressing antisocial behaviour, reassuring passengers, and contributing to creating a safe and comfortable travel environment.
To achieve this, the individual will interact with members of the public, support transport staff, and respond to reports of disorder or concerns raised by passengers. They must also work collaboratively with local councils, police, and transport providers as part of a multi-agency safety network.
