We are seeking a seasoned Financial Director to lead our finance team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing full management accounts and financial statements, including regulatory returns. Duties will include:
- Overseeing day-to-day finance operations
- Leadership of the finance team
- Budgeting, forecasting, and reporting utilizing various tools
- Enhancing reports preparation of detailed board packs
- Presentation to the Board
- Support in pricing contracts and investment appraisals
- Working closely with operational teams across the organization
- Providing commercial support and strategic input into financial decision making
- Relationship management with external advisors, institutions, insurers, and brokers
- Managing all company secretarial matters
