We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Temporary Client Engagement Administrator. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of our office.

Your Key Responsibilities
- You will act as first point of contact, answering telephone enquiries, welcoming visitors, and dealing with incoming and outgoing mail.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on various matters including scheduling appointments, coordinating timetables, maintaining records.
- Perform general clerical tasks such as word processing of letters, reports, documents, photocopying, filing.
