A Claims Handler is required to join an Organisation providing building claims solutions nationwide. You will join a busy and vibrant claims handling team where you will manage your own caseload of new and existing property claims.

Answer incoming telephone calls and deal with electronic instructions. Liaise with customers, clients, insurers via the telephone, email and in writing.

An experienced Claims Handler is sought after by our Organisation who can provide excellent customer service skills within a telephone environment. You must be able to work within tight deadlines. Diary management experience along with booking appointments are essential for this role.
