We are seeking an experienced Claims Handling Specialist to join our team in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling insurance claims, with a focus on commercial and personal lines.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the claims process;
- Provide guidance on claims progress, settlements, and policy terms;
