Expert Advisor in Construction Disputes. This highly skilled consultancy provides expert advisory and dispute resolution services to the construction industry. They work with leading law firms, contractors, and employers on complex projects, offering deep sector knowledge and credible evidence. This role will include a mix of claims work and expert testimony in adjudication and litigations. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Expert Advisor to strengthen their team. This role offers potential to progress into leading assignments as part of their long-term growth plan.
Duties:
- Managing various disputes across sectors and contract types
- Supporting expert witness appointments including Adjudication or Litigation Support
- Drafting detailed well-reasoned dispute narratives and forensic reports
- Drafting documents related to Dispute Resolution
- Supporting all necessary documentation to prepare for negotiations
- Contract Management is crucial
- Coordination with clients' legal teams and other stakeholders to compile relevant documents
- Providing high-level commercial contractual advice
- Participating in business development activities
- Building your own client base
- Guiding junior staff where appropriate
