This is a pivotal role in the success of our nuclear power station project. As Project Director, you will lead and manage senior managers responsible for the successful delivery of civils packages on site.
Your primary objectives will include:
- Overseeing Principal Contractor duties in line with CDM regulations and our safety culture
- Managing cross-programme interfaces - including MEH and Civils alliances
- Driving delivery performance against key metrics – safety, schedule, budget, and scope
- Managing a team to deliver excellence in construction management
- Promoting safe working practices across all levels of staff engagement
