We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Civil Engineer to lead our team in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering projects similar to the type they mainly work on, which includes private residential, new-build housing estate developments, education, commercial, industrial, and urban regeneration projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead independent civil led projects and collaborate with structural teams on projects requiring close conjunction.
  • Design and prepare flood risk assessments, detailed design of SuDS & drainage, earthworks, S106 applications, build over agreements, S278 works, public realm, landscaping & hard paved area design.

Requirements

  • The successful candidate will be a chartered member of the ICE and possess excellent technical skills and project management experience.
  • They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
