About the Role

We are now recruiting for full-time Modern Apprentices to work in various nurseries throughout Glasgow and the surrounding areas. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine learning with hands-on experience, ultimately leading to a recognized qualification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement engaging activities for young children in an early years environment.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team of nursery staff to support child development.

No Experience Necessary! The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills, enthusiasm for their role, and a genuine interest in developing a career in childcare. The successful applicant will be supported throughout their journey by experienced assessors who will visit the workplace regularly. Additional guidance includes one-to-one mentoring from qualified professionals within Tinies Glasgow Training Centre (SQA accredited). This comprehensive approach ensures effective management of written and practical elements required for SVQ accreditation at SCQF Level 7 upon completion.
