Senior Property Manager Position in Cardiff

Job Purpose

The Property Services Department plays a vital role in supporting the mission of the church. Its primary responsibility is to provide comprehensive property-related services and advice for the Representative Body and Dioceses through an effective property management strategy.

The Estates Surveyor is responsible for organizing allocated estate management work, including property sales, purchases, lettings, easements, licences, boundary disputes and development opportunities across the whole portfolio of properties held by the RB.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied property portfolio and oversee property transactions especially residential property sales and lettings.

1. A Chartered Surveyor qualification with excellent working knowledge of Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016and Rent Smart Wales procedures;
