Are you passionate about supporting individuals with mental health needs? We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our Residential Care team as Mental Health Support Workers.

About the Role

This vital role is key to ensuring our residents lead meaningful lives and feel connected to their community. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will deliver exceptional care and support to residents within our Mental Health Care Homes.

• You will assist with personal care, administer medication, and support residents in daily activities that promote choice, independence, and dignity.

The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) along with knowledge of mental health conditions. Previous experience in residential care settings is highly valued.
