We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact in the construction industry.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that commercial procedures comply with relevant codes of practice, working alongside other departments to ensure project viability and improve cost effectiveness, and processing applications and payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and quantify materials and labor
- Evaluate project costs and prepare budget reports
- Analyze financial data to identify areas of improvement
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need good knowledge of Building Regulations, NHBC requirements, Health & Safety standards, as well as strong IT skills. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with internal teams.
