We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our Design Graduate Program. A rotational scheme that exposes you to various departments, including Technical, Development, Commercial, Construction, Regional Finance, and Technical teams. This 18-month program is based in Leicester office, with rotations designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for a successful career in design and architecture.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Develop your technical skills through hands-on experience.
- Contribute to company development by participating in quarterly graduate meetings, masterclasses, and professional development opportunities.
- Act as an advocate for construction careers, representing us at events and engagement opportunities.
- Support new graduates and explore further study and qualifications if desired.
