Estimator Role: Birmingham Residential Groundworks Company Career Opportunity - Permanent Role for an Experienced Estimator to join a residential groundwork company based in Birmingham. Responsibilities include:
- Presenting detailed estimates to senior management
- Analysing project drawings and specifications to prepare cost estimates
- Production of tender documentation, following process from receipt to award of the project
The ideal candidate will have experience in estimating within residential groundworks, pre-construction roles previously worked in, expertise in materials costs and construction methods as well as the ability to commute to the Wolverhampton area.
