About the Job: We are seeking a compassionate and proactive individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant. As part of our dedicated care provision, you will have the opportunity to make a genuine difference in people's lives every day.
Your Responsibilities:
- Caring for clients with dignity and respect
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, shopping and administering medication
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and adhering to risk assessments
