We are seeking an experienced Broking Manager to join our team in Lincoln and South Yorkshire Area. This exciting opportunity will involve working closely with our senior executives to shape the future of our executive team, streamlining processes and driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for new business development in commercial insurance, enjoy overseeing production of presentations, communicating with insurers, broking large opportunities and complex renewals, and identifying new markets to solve problems for clients. They should also be able to work from any of our three branches (Boston, Lincoln, Sleaford) without handling a bookload.
In this pivotal role, you will work closely with experienced professionals on closing deals efficiently and effectively while ensuring timely delivery.
