Building Management Systems Professional

We are seeking an experienced BMS professional to fill a challenging role on one of our flagship sites in Canary Wharf. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and optimization of building management systems to ensure maximum performance, efficiency, and reliability.

About this Role

• Ensure the smooth operation of our building management systems to meet the needs of tenants and users
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and optimize system performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process changes
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and best practices

What You Will Need

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in BMS installation, maintenance, and optimization
• Strong understanding of building management systems and their applications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Professional certifications or degrees in a relevant field (e.g., electrical engineering)

Working Conditions
