We are currently searching for a Part-time Brow and Beauty Expert to make real connections with our customers in store. Please note that if you are a student, for this role you will be required to work through all holiday periods including Christmas. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we continue to grow and expand across the country. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while also contributing towards meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exciting and unique service to all current and potential customers.
  • Make connections with customers, demonstrating products as well as brow treatments and booking repeat appointments.
  • Achieve individual sales goals agreed with your manager by making connections and selling Benefit Cosmetics products.
  • This includes waxing, tinting, tweezing brow services (full training provided), promotions, and working together with other colleagues.
