We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee the development and implementation of our managed service framework.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and transformation of our technology environment, ensuring superior automation, user experiences, and integration across various platforms.
- Lead and manage the ASPIRE GSC Operational tooling function, including ITSM Practice, Event Management and Automation/AI functions.
