About the Role
To lead a team of quality professionals ensuring compliance with all internal and external standards. To drive technical excellence across the organization and be responsible for developing the Quality Management System.
Responsibilities:
- Create a culture of food safety and quality at site by implementing effective measures to reduce hazards, risks, and incidents.
- Drive the Technical Excellence agenda to promote positive behaviours, root cause near misses, and coach teams on managing safety in their areas.
- Ensure that all team members have appropriate training and resources to perform their tasks safely.
- Analyze data to track, report, and improve quality & food safety performance metrics.
- Bolster current BRC/OPEX audit grades minimum A+ or Green.
